I manufacture everything by hand, using the skills and expertise I have learnt during my goldsmith schooling and experience with gemstones. 

Commercial findings, such as earring butterflies and cufflink hinges, will only be used if is cost-effective to the customer and efficient in the production of the jewellery piece.

Pieces of jewellery that are cast are originally made by hand in sterling silver. These are then commercially cast either in 'bright silver' or 9ct gold. I usually only commercially cast orders that are popular with my clients in order to make the items more economically viable for the customer. Items that I regularly cast include some sports memorabilia, sterling silver Brisbane Stories and Pending Stories, and school crosses or other school keepsakes (e.g. engraved rings for senior class students).
